Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Pencil/Hold

Where a client has ‘pencilled’ or ‘held’ some studio time we consider this an expression of interest only and there is no obligation to book the time. However when another enquiry comes in for the same time period we will ask the first client to confirm or release the dates.

Confirmed bookings

Once you have confirmed a session with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your session without reasonable notice we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the value of the whole booking including any engineer/assistants booked.

To avoid a cancellation fee we require the following notice:

For booking of less than 1 day we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start time of the booking

For bookings of 1 whole day or more, we require notice equivalent to double the number of days booked. e.g a booking lasting 3 days would require 6 days notice

We do understand that emergencies arise on occasion, and we will do our best to be flexible when genuine issues arise
